Where do you source your products?
Our products are sourced from all over the world, this includes the United States, Australia, Japan, Philippines and more.
Do you ship nationwide?
We do ship nationwide, however, some products can only be shipped within Metro Manila, i.e. chocolate products and frozen items, due to the nature of the product.
Do you ship overseas?
We ship only within the Philippines, however, we're working on shipping in Asia by 2021.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fees vary according to location starting at Metro Manila for 150 PHP. orders amounting to PHP 4,000 and above are eligible for free shipping.
What happens if I’m not available to receive my package upon delivery?
Please make sure that someone is available to receive your order at the time of delivery. Should you need to reschedule your delivery, please send us an email at orders@sigla.ph with your order number and inquiry. You may be charged an additional delivery fee should you require rescheduling of your delivery.
What are your payment options?
Bank transfer, GCash, and PayPal. We will soon be adding more options by January 2021.
Are your products safe?
1000% Yes! All of our products are clean, non-toxic, and safe. We have a 100% transparency rule when it comes to our GOODs, you can easily look at the ingredients list of the product that you’re purchasing by looking at the ingredients tab, just like how you would check for ingredients when shopping at a store. We are official sellers of each brand we carry and have a close relationship with our brand partners.
I follow a specific diet, which products would you recommend?
No problem! Look to the left of our shop section to find our “Shop by Diet” tab, you can easily tick the boxes of your preferred diet, be it ketogenic, paleo, gluten-free, vegan or vegetarian, we’ve made it easier for you to sift through our products and enjoy your shopping experience!

What is your return policy?
Products that have been received with damage or defect are valid reasons for returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you simply changed your mind, we cannot take back these items as store policy.
Products that are defective or damaged, may be refunded, returned, or exchanged within 10 days upon receipt of your order. Please make sure to send a photo to orders@sigla.ph with reason for return if damaged or defective. If you go past this timeline, we can no longer replace due to other factors that may have caused this damage or defect.
All products returned must be in their original purchase condition -- it must not be used.
Do you ship outside of the Philippines?
Yes, we do! Message us at orders@sigla.ph to inquire if we ship in your region. Some limitations on some products may be applicable.
